Agents · part of Nod

A question worth asking once is worth asking every week.

Save the question you keep typing — "what's on me today?", "who's waiting on me?" — and Nod re-asks it on a schedule and leaves the answer waiting. It answers on its own. Anything more happens only when you ask.

One agent's morning

The report was waiting before you sat down.

A saved question runs at the hour you picked and leaves the report waiting — read from your own sessions, your commitments and the calendar on your Mac.

Good morning — while you slept

What’s on me today?Weekdays · 7:00 AMRunning…

  • Today's 4 meetings
  • The design partner calls
  • 6 open commitments
  1. 1.Design partner review, 10:00. The export flow you promised Iris is still open, and the update you promised yesterday is still open.
  2. 2.The trial account is still waiting. You said you'd come back on pricing tiers on Tuesday. It hasn't come up since.
  3. 3.Nobody has picked up the migration. It's been raised in two calls now and closed in neither.

Next run tomorrow, 7:00 AM

Every run is kept, so “read the last one” and “read Tuesday’s” are the same gesture.

Captures

Your sessions, commitments and calendar

An agent answers from what Nod already holds. It never reaches the open web, and it never sends anything anywhere.

Doesn’t touch

  • The open web
  • Anything Nod hasn't captured
  • Your tools, unless you ask
  • Any hour you didn't pick

Named for what they ask, not for what they do.

Every agent holds one saved question — the sentence you would have typed anyway. These are from the library that ships with it.

What's on me today?

The calendar, the promises and yesterday's loose ends, before the day starts moving.

Who's waiting on me?

The people whose work stops until you do something, and what that something is.

What did we decide this week?

The week's decisions in one place, with what each one settled.

What questions were left open?

The things a room raised and never came back to.

Written once, then it runs.

1

Save a question

Pick one from the library or type your own — whatever you would have asked Ask Nod.

2

Choose when

Every weekday at nine, every Monday, once a month. It's a wall-clock time in your timezone, so it survives a flight.

3

Read the answer

Each run is kept, so "read the last one" and "read Tuesday's" are the same gesture — and you can carry any of them on into a conversation.

No bot joins

Nod listens through your Mac. Nothing new shows up in anyone's call.

Audio is never stored

Transcribed, then discarded. Notes are encrypted; your data never trains a model.

Works on day one

A Mac and any Google account is all it takes. 14-day free trial, no card.

Questions about Agents

  • Is this available now?

Yes — Agents are released and available today, alongside the rest of Nod: Meeting Notes and Ask Nod.

  • How is an agent different from just asking?

Only in when it runs. It asks the same question you'd type into Ask Nod, saved so you don't have to remember to ask — which matters most for the questions you'd never think to ask on the day they'd have helped.

  • Does it do anything besides answer?

On its own, an agent only answers. It sends no mail, posts no messages and changes nothing in your tools. From any report you can continue in chat and ask Nod to create a task in Jira or Linear, or a page in Notion.

  • Can I change or stop one?

Yes. Edit the question or its schedule, pause it, or delete it and its history, at any time and from inside the app.

Useful on day one. Hard to work without by month three.

Start free on macOS, no card. Every conversation you capture today is one you can still ask about a year from now.
