Questions about Ask Nod

  • How is this different from pasting a transcript into ChatGPT?

    Scope. A transcript in a chat window answers about one meeting; Ask Nod answers across every session you have captured, so a pattern that only shows up over six calls is findable. It also cites the sessions it drew from, which a pasted transcript can't do.

  • Can it answer about one client or project only?

    Yes. Put those sessions in a folder and scope the question to it, so one account's question is never answered from another's calls. That's a Pro feature — see pricing.

  • Can I ask while a meeting is still running?

    Yes, on Pro. A floating panel over the call catches you up on what you missed, pulls the key points, or drafts a reply without you leaving the meeting.

  • Is my data used to train a model?

    No — not by us and not by our subprocessors. Language-model calls run with Zero Data Retention and training disabled. The detail is on the security page.
